2010-11 Manchester United Away Shirt Size Large Boys - Nani #17
Team: Manchester United
Era: 2010-11 (Used for the 2010-11 Barclays Premier League season, and the 2011 UEFA Champions League Final)
Name/Number: Nani #17
I would say that this shirt is in decent condition, with general wear and tear that you would expect from a shirt which is nearly 6 years old. Adorned with Premier League crests on both arms, sadly they have slightly discoloured and the badge on the left arm has a small piece missing off the end.
Size: Large Boys
Pit to Pit Measurement: 17 inches
Shirt Length: 23 inches
As one of the earlier renditions of the Nike ‘Dri-Fit' style of the 2010’s, I would say that the body is a bit baggier than the shirts made today of the same size; moreover, I would advise you to measure your child's regular chest size garment before making the choice to buy this jersey.
Nike restored white as the colour of Manchester United’s away strip ahead of the 2010-11 season, unlike the more basic and plain effort used in the 2008-09 season, this effort is more contemporary as the black and red accents on the sleeves go on to highlight. This was also the strip worn as Manchester United came short in their 2011 UEFA Champions League final effort against Barcelona at Wembley.
The notable players that season were:
Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez, Dimitar Berbatov, Michael Owen, Nani, Antonio Valencia, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Michael Carrick, Owen Hargreaves, Park Ji-Sung, Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra, Wes Brown, Rafael, Edwin van der Sar
