This shirt is an excellent condition, in fact, I would go as far as saying that it is almost new, given how little wear the fabric demonstrates. Furthermore, the crest, name and number, and respective sponsors are immaculately conditioned.

Made in the Adidas ‘ClimaCool’ mould introduced ahead of the 2017-18 season; the dimensions lend themselves to a great size small fitting shirt.

Following on from Jose Mourinho’s successful debut season in the Old Trafford hot seat, he made reinforcements aplenty ahead of his second season with: Romelu Lukaku, Nemanja Matic and Victor Lindelof coming in, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic was resigned after originally departing in the close season! The season began with a brilliant 12 match unbeaten run in all competitions! 2018 began with the acquisition of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal; and as well as reaching the FA Cup final, they would secure fantastic home wins over: Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal, and would inflict Manchester City’s only other league defeat of the season, in the brilliant 3-2 comeback victory at the Etihad Arena, en route to finishing 2nd, their highest league finish since 2013. Adidas were taking a huge gamble in releasing Manchester United’s first grey shirt since the infamous grey strip worn in the 1995-96 season! Joking aside, this is a beautiful pastel grey strip, beautifully complimented with white; with the added caveat of a silhouette of the ‘United Trinity’ statue wonderfully infused into the main design of the shirt!

The notable players that season were:

Romelu Lukaku, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Alexis Sanchez, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard, Henrikh Mkhitarayan, Antonio Valencia, Juan Mata, Ander Herrera, Michael Carrick, Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini, Nemaja Matic, Luke Shaw, Daley Blind, Chris Smalling, Victor Lindelof, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Eric Bailly, Matteo Darmian, Ashley Young, David de Gea, Sergio Romero
