2012-13 AS Roma Home Shirt Size Medium
Team: AS Roma
Era: 2012-13 (Used for the 2012-13 Serie A season, and for the 2013 Coppa Italia Final)
It is a pleasure to report that this article is in almost brand-new condition with the material bearing very little sign of wear, and the Kappa insignia, font, club crest and sponsor also standing in immaculate condition.
Pit to Pit Measurement: 18.5 inches
Shirt Length: 28 inches
As one would expect from a Kappa shirt, the shirt is very fitted, and thus, I would go on to say that the shirt would probably better suited to a size small, unless you a regular size medium and enjoy a fitted shirt.
Zdenek Zeman returned to the Roma hot seat ahead of the 2012-13 season, and while he was replaced mid-way through the season, the club still collected a fine 3-1 win away against Inter Milan on September 2nd 2012, as well as collecting fine 2013 victories over both Napoli and Juventus, not to mention reaching the final of the Coppa Italia, only to beaten by city rivals Lazio in the finale. For the 6th and final season of their most recent cycle working with AS Roma; Kappa introduced a collar for the first time for ‘I Giallorossi’ as the 2000-01 Serie A champions continued to find their way back on track following a couple of disappointing seasons. The shade of red has also taken a duskier and purple tone, as opposed to the classic shade of crimson/burgundy that Roma are associated with.
The notable players that season were:
Mattia Destro, Francesco Totti, Dani Osvaldo, Erik Lamela, Alessandro Florenzi, Simone Perrotta, Daniele De Rossi, Miralem Pjanic, Rodrigo Taddei, Michael Bradley, Federico Balzaretti, Leandro Castan, Nicolas Burdisso, Alessio Romagnoli, Marquinhos, Maarten Stekelenburg
