After a fantastic 7th place finish in the 2002-03 season; David Moyes and Everton were set to brought crashing back down to earth during the 2003-04 season as they avoided relegation by just 6 points after a disappointing 17th place finish. In spite of the finish, ‘The Toffees’ earnt fantastic draws against the likes of: Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea; 5 of 6 of that season’s top 6. This shirt was notable as it celebrated the clubs 125 year anniversary and was a stylish and class shirt made by Puma, as the royal blue was very simply complimented with white accents.
