2006-07 Real Madrid Home Shirt Size Medium - Cannavaro #5
Team: Real Madrid
Era: 2006-07 (Used for the 2006-07 La Liga season)
Name/Number: Cannavaro #5
While the shirt is still in decent nick for a decade old shirt, there are evident signs of wear, none more so than on the Champions League crest on the arm which is wearing away quite bad. With that being said however; the name, numbering, sponsor, and FIFA Award Best Club XX print is still in excellent condition, making a fine shirt to keep in a collection, or wear casually.
Pit to Pit Measurement: 20 inches
Shirt Length: 30 inches
As were most Adidas shirts between 2006-09, the shirt does come up quite baggy, especially on the sleeves, so match the specifications to yourself accordingly.
Adidas crafted in my opinion one of their finest shirts for the great footballing institution: Real Madrid in the 2006-07 season, utilising grey strikes, and black accents to complement the classic white of ‘Los Blancos’, as Fabio Capello guided the side to a dramatic La Liga triumph; their first since the 2002-03 season!
The notable players that season were:
Ronaldo, Raul, Antonio Cassano, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Gonzalo Higuain, Robinho, Jose Antonio Reyes, Guti, David Beckham, Gago, Ruben de la Red, Emerson, Mahamadou Diarra, Roberto Carlos, Cicinho, Ivan Helguera, Sergio Ramos, Fabio Cannavaro, Michel Salgado, Marcelo, Iker Casillas, Diego Lopez
