DESCRIPTION:

After narrowly avoiding relegation in the 2013-14 season, Claude Puel and his Nice side bettered their 17th place finish in 2014 with a respectable 11th place finish 12 months later. While the season was dogged down by clusters of draws and defeats; there were still some fine results that came ‘Les Aigons’ way including: 3-2 thriller against Toulouse on the opening game of the season and the 2-1 win over Marseille on 24/01/15. It would be their away form however that was particularly impressive as both Monaco and Lyon were beaten on the road, and of the course the legendary 7-2 thrashing of Guingamp on 26/10/14, where Carlos Eduardo helped himself to 5 goals! The season would end it started with a 3-2 win over Toulouse! This would be yet another fine offering from Burrda for the pride of the French Riviera! The Qatar based kit supplier would craft a more modern and unique strip than the previous shirt, especially with respect to the collar, meanwhile, the sleeves are red, as opposed to the black used in 2013-14. Please also be mindful that all of the applications: the sponsor, Burrda logo and club crest are all vinyl decal applications.

The notable players that season were:

Bryan Constant, Alexy Bosetti, Neal Maupay, Xavier Pentecote, Mathieu Bodmer, Nampalys Mendy, Alassane Plea, Niklas Hult, Eric Bautheac, Valentin Eysseric, Mahamane Traore, Julien Vercauteren, Didier Digard, Carlos Eduardo, Kevin Gomis, Gregoire Puel, Jordan Amavi, Souleymane Diawara, Mouez Hassan
