  • £44.99

THE VITALS:

Team: Manchester United

Brand: Adidas

Era: 2016-17 (Used for the 2016 FA Community Shield match, the 2016-17 Premier League season, and the 2017 Carabao Cup Final)

Name/Number: Ibrahimovic #9

CONDITION: EXCELLENT

This shirt is an excellent condition, in fact I would have gone as far as saying that it is almost new, given how little wear the fabric demonstrates, however there is some staining to the body of the shirt which does slightly diminish the quality of the article. Furthermore, the crest, name and number, and respective sponsors are immaculately conditioned.

DIMENSIONS:

Size: 15-16 Yrs

Pit to Pit Measurement: 20 inches

Shirt Length: 27 inches

Made in the Adidas ‘ClimaCool’ style of 2016-17 season; the dimensions lend themselves to what would actually be a great size small fitting shirt.

DESCRIPTION:

In the 2nd year of Adidas latest tenure as the Manchester United kit supplier, they seemingly modelled the 2016-17 home shirt on the legendary 2007-09 strip, with what was an all red ensemble with very little by way of white accents. In fact, only the Adidas 3-stripes that were used on the side panel of the shirt adds any additional colour to the shirt! The red itself, is half and half with the left side of the shirt featuring a slightly darker current of red than the right side. With Jose Mourinho taking over the reins at Manchester United, he was able to guide the club to the: Community Shield, Carabao Cup, and Europa League titles, in a season that saw the Portuguese joined by: Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the returning Paul Pogba!

The notable players that season were:

Wayne Rooney, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Memphis Depay, Jesse Lingard, Henrikh Mkhitarayan, Antonio Valencia, Juan Mata, Ander Herrera, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Michael Carrick, Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini, Morgan Schneiderlin, Luke Shaw, Daley Blind, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Eric Bailly, Matteo Darmian, Ashley Young, David de Gea, Sergio Romero
