DESCRIPTION:

After a fantastic 7th place finish in the 2002-03 season; David Moyes and Everton were set to brought crashing back down to earth during the 2003-04 season as they avoided relegation by just 6 points after a disappointing 17th place finish. In spite of the finish, ‘The Toffees’ earnt fantastic draws against the likes of: Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea; 5 of 6 of that season’s top 6. This shirt was notable as it celebrated the clubs 125 year anniversary and was a stylish and class shirt made by Puma, as the royal blue was very simply complimented with white accents.

The notable players that season were:

Kevin Campbell, Duncan Ferguson, Francis Jeffers, Wayne Rooney, James McFadden, Tomasz Radzinski, Mark Pembridge, Li Tie, Lee Carsley, Leon Osman, Nick Chadwick, Kevin Kilbane, Tobias Linderoth, Thomas Gravesen, Tony Hibbert, Joseph Yobo, Gary Naysmith, David Unsworth, David Weir, Alan Stubbs, Alessandro Pistone, Steve Watson, Richard Wright, Nigel Martyn
